i really don't like the shells/ directories.

plasma/netbook/shells/netbook/
plasma/desktop/shells/desktop/
plasma/screensaver/shells/screensaver

that's all very redundant. there are no other entries in the shells/, nor do i 
think there ever will be.. the entire point of plasma/netbook/, 
plasma/desktop/ and plasma/screensaver/ is to separate out the shells specific 
to those use cases.

containments/, applets/ (perhaps that should be plasmoids/?), etc. make sense 
because there will be (and already are) multiple instances of those for the 
various shells.
