Plasma wallpaper changing via D-Bus

the short story for "how d-bus exposure should look like" is that the d-bus 
interfaces would need to follow the structure in plasma itself: access to the 
Corona, which can enumerate the Containments, and each Containment can 
enumerate its widgets and background.

however, depending on the use case, it may make more sense to use the 
javascript based interactive console for things like setting the wallpaper. 
but that really depends on your use case(s).

p.s. if you want to work on this, i'd highly recommend joining the mailing 
list so you can keep up with our efforts in this area.
