runners: same .so, different configs?

yes; and then pluginName() would return which one it is. the trick would be to 
then map from those names to URLs. it could be added to the .desktop files and 
then do a KServiceTypeTrader lookup for that Plasma/Applet entry and fetch it 
from there.
