Activities service in KDEreview

Hi all,

After some time I spent "on the ice" due to problems with compiling Qt 4.6, 
I've finally been able to polish the activities service.

It is now in kdereview/nepomuk-activities-service

We can not really start doing anything else concerning the activities until 
this gets accepted. A few things will have to be changed in future, but for 
now it is good enough for usage.
