no ads - so...
And there's an attribution link directly to their browser based service. Or do 
I misunderstand the word "attribution"?

You're right. But if the widgets aren't directly shipped with the product but 
accessible (GHNS) then it should be OK - or?

It's difficult enough to read legal documents in you're native language :-/
