sounds fine to me ... will be a nice "works with anything, but better with KDE 
stuff" feature ;)

as long as it's not going to stay in kdereview forever, you don't need to move 
it around over and over. if it becomes clear that this won't make it for 4.4, 
though, then we'll move it back.
