maemo 6 ui (a new qgv-based widget toolkit)

Hello,

Animated Layouts should come in 4.7...They were planned to be in 4.6 but we
didn't make it.

INDT guys had already a proto that was working quite well. It needs to be
polish, reviewed
and it can be merged into Qt master.

But it still interessting to have a look i agree.
