Maybe my mouse control is a bit flaky but when I want to use the scrollbar, 
change from Mail to Feeds in Kontact etc. I often hit the side of the screen 
and it's annoying when a vertical autohide panel immediately pops out. If I 
could have a ½ second delay I would be happy :-)
