Plasma & Netbook

Hello everybody! :)

Yesterday's night I committed the first code regarding plasma on netbooks.
I just created the SAL (search and launch) containment basic files with place 
holders (just to have something :P ). You can find it in 
playground/plasma/netbook/ .
