[GSoC] Project: Desktop dock - second try

My name is Michał Dutkiewicz and I'm trying again (after one month) to announce that I'm interested in working on Desktop dock.

I've already submitted my proposal to Google.
Suggestions are very welcome (it's is my first try in GSoC and maybe last year in which I could try to do it).
