How does the plasma change wallpaper?

I want provide a DBus service somehow, and whenever modify the configure 
file plasma-appletsrc, then send a signal to a DBus interface on this 
service, plasma will reload the config file.
Or a interface accept a absolute path and wallpaper mode, then call this 
interface also can change change wallpaper immediately.
