Proposal for one particular plamoid

Hi everybody, 

Firs of all let me introduce myself, I'm a student from France and I'm working sometimes for my studies on KDE Plasmoids and in particular on the plasmoid Notes

So I wanted to know if I can post patches here or not, and if not where can I ?

If it's good I'll  post my first addon soon
