Review Request: Preview: Visual feedback for grouping and sorting in tasks applet

this says two things to me:

a) we need a Plasma::DropIndicator widget in libplasma to share that drop zone 
thing between widgets. it getting copie more and more around

b) it would be far simpler to do with simply moving the item around on the 
canvas rather than representational items. 

i'll have time starting thursday to sort some of the above out.
