be sure to submit a proposal to the Google Summer of Code site, as that is 
where all of the SoC proposals are managed.

in the meantime, if you have questions about the concept of the Plasma 
educational layout project, please go ahead and ask.

(btw, i've met some people from Karala in the past who are/were involved with 
some of the Free software movement there. it sounds both like a beautiful 
place to live as well as a very interesting place to be for Free software :)
