more seriously though, yes, i think the fade-out / move out of the way when 
dragging would work nicely with a panel PAB.

not yet, but i have neither slept nor taken a hot shower since i wrote those 
emails, which are two out of the three actions that inspire new ideas in my 
head most often ;P

yes... i have some thoughts on that as well, but i'll write them later when 
they are a bit more gelled ... 2 levels will be needed in any case.
