Forgot to add, and we'll probably need some emblems. I know those are not used 
and are not known to exist in the current PAB, but I think it'd be cool to 
have emblems for some of the following things:
 - security (warning emblem for unsigned widgets)
 - possibly remote widget type (is it just a remote control widget, or just a 
shared applet)
 - the currently existing and unused 'recommended by KDE' :)
