plasma crashers

when i wrote this there were 82 reports in the search. there are now 56. i've 
close a large number that were already fixed or duplicates and a few that i 
actually fixed in svn, but most were already fixed. i'll take another run at 
this tomorrow and see how many more can be removed, and how many more fixed.

rc1 is being tagged, so we're into the last stages of the release ... time is 
of the essence for these bugs :)
