Request: remove Blue Marble plasmoid from 4.3

Yup, I think that would a valuable addition to the Techbase tutorials.
Maybe such a module could even be somehow integrated with the techbase 
tutorials, so that the tutorials could have their source code (or perhaps 
longer and/or more advanced variants) in that module...
