also: there must be a better way to keep track of these issues than email on a

does the i18n team keep a set of pages on techbase? if not, perhaps there 
should be such a place under techbase.kde.org/Projects/i18n (or whatever). i'd 
suggest bugs.kde.org as another option, though it's pretty time consuming to 
use.
