here it is, copy&paste it into some executable file and then use it just like 
you'd use svn diff:

#!/bin/sh
REV=`git svn find-rev $(git-rev-list --date-order --max-count=1 git-svn)`
git diff --no-prefix $* $(git-rev-list --date-order --max-count=1 git-svn) | sed -
e 's/^+++ .*/&  (working copy)/' -e  "s/^--- .*/&  (revision $REV)/"
