Irrelevant IMO, it's just an icon set, which is deprecated anyway, so no real 
naming clashes.

I will however do my best to make you forget "crystal is an icon set" and 
always know "crystal is that awesome desktop search thing". :)

I think it actually conveys pretty well what it does. The backing technologies 
(Strigi and Nepomuk) both, while technically excellent have names that totally 
don't work. Imagine "Nepomuk Applet" or something like that ... nooooooo. 
Crystal OTOH conveys "clear", "crystal ball" (which is actually a pun), and it 
works really well with our other technologies.

So while the user-visible name should at least contain "Desktop Search" or 
"Search", I think that Crystal is just an excellent name for that.
