Review Request: Add the ability for applets to change autohide timeout value

In that case, surely it would be better to have a boolean option saying 
whether updates should reset the timeout?

Or an overload to TooltipManager::setContent() that takes a bool (or, better, 
an enum) saying whether the timeout should be reset by the update.
