[PATCH] Plasma Applet Timer Title support added as per Feature Request Bug 183673

The attached patch applies to the directory
kdeplasma-addons/applets/timer of trunk.

This patch adds functionality to the Plasma Applet Timer so that the user
can set a title for each timer. This is as per the feature request Bug#
183673.
The applet has been tested for proper functionality, and here's the
screenshot -

I've made few minor changes to the UI file timerConfig.ui using Qt4
designer, so that the configuration page "General" looks better.
