KWin Dashboard effect

If we work on that we should ensure that it is at least possible for other WMs 
like Compiz to provide the same functionality. It would be sad if people lose 
great parts of user experience because they need 
$fancy_compiz_effect_not_available_in_kwin (you don't beleive how often I heard 
that users consider using KWin again just because we now have the cube as well 
:-( ). In general I think we should inform compiz developers about all the 
interaction between plasma and kwin. E.g. having taskbar thumbnails in plasma 
tooltips as well if using Compiz (don't know if Compiz implemented that 
already).
