Summary

this moves the battery and device notifier loading into the systray.
i think the battery makes more sense here for sure, not sure about device notifier
the desktopcorona uses a qaction of the systray applet to tell it to load the plasmoids, i think it's the less messy way to do it without having to link to the systray
