Review request for Plasma.

Summary
-------

(reviewboard already erased my description twice, grr)

This patch allows to show the plasmoid on a translucent plasmoidviewer window; this + no borders looks like a real plasmoid. This patch originated from a number of wishes requesting the promotion of plasmoids to real windows.
Although I'm not 100% on supporting such requests, I feel that as long as they are not destructive for regular users, providing a half-solution for hackers it's not harmful.
 --J
P.S. I am willing to change the option to --iddqd if needed.
