New systray spec

Hi all,
as you may know, i'm working on the spec for the new systray protocol in my 
xdg-specs gitorious clone.

since i've completed a first almost-readable version, here is a more friendly

(beware, most of it is still not checked for typos :p)

so if someone feels like giving it a read to point out most obviously
