Review Request: Modify Notes widget to use CSS for global formatting. (currently it uses setFont(QFont) which affect children)

side note: i really think this is a bug in the Widgets on Canvas support in 
Qt. changing the font of a given widget shouldn't affect embedded dialogs or 
popups.
