April 7 soft feature freeze

hi all 

just a quick reminding there April 7 is the soft feature freeze for 4.3. that 
means that a feature must at least be on the feature plan, and best is if they 
are at least started in svn.

don't get caught out! :)

it would be great to see some of the plugins sitting in kdereview move out.
