It'll move to kate, just like the session plasmoids -- they're both useless if 
you don't have kate installed. In that sense, they're more "kate-addons" than 
plasma. I had already asked the kate peeps if I could mv it into kate, that's 
OK. Laurent was quicker and moved it to kdereview.

Eeh, another one of those "wasn't quite ready but got moved". Now that you've 
fixed it, it's fine for base from my POV.
