Wanted: Name for current KRunner Interface

would QuickSand also use KRunnerDialog/ThemedDialog? i think so .. i'll move 
the virtual methods into KRunnerDialog/ThemedDialog ...

i've move the runner manager itself into the application object so that it can 
pass it into the Interface implementations =)
