hi all ...

i merged in the grouping task manager library today from the grouping branch. 
i then went through and did a bunch of clean ups. there is likely much let to 
be done, but we should now have grouping and what not available in the library 
just waiting to be taken advantage of by the visualizations.

i invite anyone who would like to troll through the library and make comments 
/ suggestions / patches =)
