Res: Application Launcher and the ALT+F1 shortcut

I'm not sure, but I remember editing my plasma-appletsrc and adding
global=Alt+F1 under the shortcuts section for my kickoff plasmoid when
it stopped working in 4.1. For some reason it wasn't set.
