How to add UTC timezone to clock

Hi,

There is quite popular bug report:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=156314 where ppl ask for
displaying UTC time in clock.

What is your opinion about solving this?
I see two ways:
1) Add "UTC" to lists of timezones in KTimeZoneWidget
2) Add "Display UTC" checkbox in settings window.
