add setType to PackageStucture

It's a subclass of PackageStructure, but I want to copy data from 
PlasmoidPackage which is what Applet::packageStructure() returns. And this is 
actually what you recommended for webapplet package :-)

There it works since webapplet is also a plasmoid type.
