pixmap leak in plasma?

things to try:
* remove the tasks widget from the panel, see if that goes down
* if not, try other widgets ;)
* see how big the pixmap cache is reported to be in the debug output when

i'd also love to find out what's triggering this for some people because i've
been running the same plasma instance for two days and it's using 15092KB of
pixmaps according to xrestop.
skype, kontact and okular are all taking more pixmap memory than plasma is
here =)
i wonder if this could be a driver probem? see:

not surprisingly, everyone reporting seems to be using nvidia. are you? if so,
could you switch temporarily to the open source nv driver adn see if that fixes
it?
