FrameSvg,
i prefer something that describes the thing that got rendered, something that 
says a mostly rectangular thing that looks like a frame, a panel (not in the 
gui sense) a plank, a tile...
and that's why it was panelsvg...
but what i want really to avoid is SomeReallyLongNameSvg
dunno, things like BorderedSvg seems already a bit long/convoluted to me...
