Semantics of zoming out with multiple monitors

ok.. this is actually an improvement over what probably would have happened 
previously, i believe. nothing much to brag about of course =)

so .. the next thing to fix is zoom in stealing another view's containment. 
maybe in that case it should just swap them... probably sensible enough.
