Note that also, from my casual analysis, applet->containment() goes wrong, so 
only some applets actually work. (I still have to look further into this, but 
it might have to be taken into account as well.) The problem I saw was that 
having the systray "between" applet and containment makes access from applet 
to the containment impossible -- and some applets seem to need that.
