Difficult to drop icons to autohidden panel

Which is probably also the reason why KWin effects doesn't get activated by 
moving the mouse in the activation corner of the screen when one is dragging 
something. (correct?)

Too bad, I hoped it would be quite easy to change that to make it possible to 
Drag a file in one dolphin window, move mouse to screen corner, let present 
window show all window, hover the dragged file over one window, window gets 
activated after a little time and drop the file there :-)
