Review request for Plasma.


Summary
-------

This patch adds the "Appareance settings" action in a generic way to all desktop containments.
The list of added actions can be expanded and adapted depending on the containment type.

When doing that, the actions can be removed from the containments, like the Desktop containment that has hardcoded actions.
But this is probably more a job for somebody more into usability, i wouldn't know what actions are needed where.
