Folderview mimetype support (another try)

i like! minor suggestions:

* change "No filter" in the drop down box to "Show all files"

* change "Select which file types you want to add to the filter" to perhaps just 
"File types:"

* change "You can also set a pattern filter" to perhaps just "File name 
pattern:"

* personally i'd put the file name filter first for purely visual reasons

* in the "No filter" setting the dialog is still rather large; probably needs 
an adjustSize() when switching.

.. and this reminds me that i need to go through all the config dialogs and fix 
them to be HIG compliant.. a nice couple days worth of work =)
