Oops. Hmm...one concern I have is the app could potentially be a toplevel
window when run on it's own and also a dialog type window when invoked by
another program. Maybe just a Close button would be best for both cases?

Agreed. I thought this felt misplaced too but I left it since it was in that
order before me =)

There should probably be an option to load a previously created Package.

Thanks for all the feedback. I'll look into the other suggestions you made
also. I'm sure I'll have more questions as I continue. I'll also go over
these options with ruphy when he gets feeling better.
