Moving plasma themes to kdeartworks

So is this where all the shipped plasma themes will go, or just "the 5 good ones"?  Or are we still going to put "the 5 good ones" in kdebase/workspace/desktopthemes and put the rest in kdeartwork like Ricardo suggested?
