hi everyone...

please book your tickets for portugal. we got the ok from the e.V. board!

now.. we earmarked 2,500 Euro for the event. this assumes:

* double occupancy in the less expensive hotel
* just the people who were on the wiki list, but at the maximum reimbursement 
rate requested
* a little bit of room to wiggle

if you were not on the list last weekend, then please let me know what your 
costs will be and i'll see if we have room in the budget. thanks =)
