Themes revision for 4.2

Hi all,

Since the Oxygen has changed quite a bit, I think that we could shuffle the 
themes we ship with kdeplasma-addons a bit.

My proposal is to replace Silicon with Arezzo (http://www.kde-
look.org/content/show.php/Arezzo?content=84403)

Any thoughts?
