Vertical text in taskbar

i wonder if there are people who use a small taskbar like this but rely on the 
icon + tooltip instead? hrm. but yes, if this were to go in, it would have to 
be limited to small panels; also, the icon in the screenshots is on the 
"wrong" side (look at the kate window in the same shot =)
