4.1 Branch Fixes

A small request: if you commit (backport) a fix to the 4.1 branch, can you 
please update the changelog?  It's located at
/trunk/www/sites/www/announcements/changelogs/changelog_branch_4_1.xml

The DOCS file gives the magic command to generate the php files from that.  
Until 4.1.1 is tagged, that would be
xsltproc --stringparam outputversion "4.1.1" \
         -o changelog4_1to4_1_1.php \
         changelog.xsl \
         changelog_branch_4_1.xml

I think it should be up to date as of now, but it would be good if people 
could update it when they commit a fix, so that it will just be there when 
each 4.1.x release occurs.
