translation of plasma documentation not visible in khelpcenter

Hello translators,

did you already notice, that the documentation for plasma, the "Pillars of 
KDE4", and your translations are not visible in khelpcenter?

The only way to display them, is to enter "help:/plasma" in krunner or konqui, 
but I won't expect Joe User to know this.

The attached patch solves this issue, but will introduce one new string 
("Plasma Manual") from the file plasma.desktop.

Any objections to make your work visible in 4.1.1 and commit to trunk and 
stable?
