[PATCH] Konqi history runner

[Sorry, I cannot be bothered to reformat my git patch for reviewboard atm]

Here's runner that offers items from konqueror's history in krunner. It loads 
the history through kconfig and reloads it every 30 seconds (if krunner is 
used at all). I couldn't easily find a mechanism to keep the history updated 
through signals. Suggestions welcome.

Otherwise, it's simple and works well here. I'm targeting kdebase and having 
it enabled by default (as you can see in the patch).

Can I commit this to base, do you want me to change anything?
